Visas

I’ve booked a trip to Europe, starting in London, going on a TopDeck tour for a month then back in London for a few days. I have a flight booked out, but I was planning on playing things by ear and maybe staying in Europe for a while longer. I know there’s a 3 month visa-free period in all the countries on my tour and in England, but I was wondering if anyone knew how easy or hard it is to get a work visa while you’re there (for England, mainly). I was thinking about doing some nannying for a bit before I come home. Any info would be greatly appreciated!

Also, normal towel or micro-fibre towel? I don’t want to spend money on a micro-fibre one if they’re not worth it.
