Night trains

Hi there!

Me and my gf are going to Eastern Europe this July for about two weeks.
This is our route:
-Vilnius-Warsaw-Prague-Vienna-Budapesht-Krakov-Vilnius-

We are going to ride on night trains, but not sure about reservation. Should we necessarily reserve it? If yes, than how can we do this (in Moscow)? =) As we have rather complicated timetable, we MUST be sure, that we definitely buy night train tickets.
