We’ve changed out itinerary a few times and now we’ve narrowed it down and I’ve booked flights and some hotels. This probably seems like a random itenerary, especially the last part, but these were the places we wanted to go, so what the hell.
London –> Brussels —> Amsterdam (—-> flight to) Istanbul
I’ve noticed that the trains between London and Brussels and Brussels and Amsterdam are quite regular, and I don’t think you can book them online, anyway. How full do these trains get? Can we just walk up and buy tickets and get on the train?
Another question I have is about London. Are there slums I want to stay out of? What are the best areas to find hostels/hotels?
