France Roadtrip

So next weekend May 2, 3, and 4. We are renting a car in Paris and are going to drive around France for the weekend. We are planning on going to Normandy Beach first from Paris and then driving down to Nice, most likely. Do you guys have any tips of places to go, roads to drive on? Anything?

Edit: Also this will be my second time in France. I was there in December and have only been to Paris.
